Get Running Advice
Join our getting started sessions where we'll share the foundations of running that we've learned on our journeys as runners. We'll tailor each run to your goals and current ability by setting paces on the day. You'll also have the chance to ask questions and chat with some of our regular runners.
All sessions will take place in and around central London.
Meet Tom and Theo
Tom and Theo Joined our club in August 2024 having not really ran before.

Their main aim when joining the club was to get better at running so that they can try improve their distance.
Within a couple of months and following a plan, they managed to smash their own expectations, running 15km while also improving their pace, stamina and overall fitness. They're now onto their next goal: A Half Marathon in 2025.​
